Glace PannaCotta

Put to boil milk, cream and sugar - Add coffee and gelatin - Mix well - Put in molds and Refrigerate for 1 hour - Sauce: on a pan hit sugar until is caramelized - Add liquid coffee and cream - In another pan heat some water - Take a mold of Pannacotta and put for 5 seconds in hot water and turn it into the dish - Decorate with raspberries, mint leaves and sauce - Enjoy!
