Fruit Bavarois

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff , then add sugar.
  2. With a whisk , beat the egg yolks to medium whitening.
  3. When they are beaten add them to the egg whites
  4. Finally add the melted chocolate and butter.
  5. Put the mixture in a greased and floured pan and baked for 25 minutes.
  6. For the sauce blend 1 pound of strawberries and mix with cream and sugar .
  7. Hidrate gelatin and add it.
  8. Then whip the egg whites until stiff
  9. Place the acetate webbing around the edge of the mold above the base pan
  10. Cut in half 8 ounces of strawberries and put stops around the edge of the acetate.
  11. Add the mix slowly in order for the strawberries do not move.
  12. Finally put bits of strawberry mixture over
  13. Let stand in the refrigerator until it takes consistency .
  14. Unmold and put in the cardboard base, then decorate this dessrt with fruit.
  15. Serve.
