Fruit Bavarois
- Beat the egg whites until stiff , then add sugar.
- With a whisk , beat the egg yolks to medium whitening.
- When they are beaten add them to the egg whites
- Finally add the melted chocolate and butter.
- Put the mixture in a greased and floured pan and baked for 25 minutes.
- For the sauce blend 1 pound of strawberries and mix with cream and sugar .
- Hidrate gelatin and add it.
- Then whip the egg whites until stiff
- Place the acetate webbing around the edge of the mold above the base pan
- Cut in half 8 ounces of strawberries and put stops around the edge of the acetate.
- Add the mix slowly in order for the strawberries do not move.
- Finally put bits of strawberry mixture over
- Let stand in the refrigerator until it takes consistency .
- Unmold and put in the cardboard base, then decorate this dessrt with fruit.
- Serve.
