Fragipane

  • Mix margarine with flour and sugar
  • Add the milk to give workable consistency .
  • Refrigerate while making the mixture.
  • Grease the pie and line it with the dough.
  • Cream the butter and the sugar.
  • Add eggs one by one and add the almond essence .
  • Continue with the dry products (flour , ground almonds) stir and turn off .
  • Mix thoroughly cleaning the sides of the bowl of the mixer.
  • Put this mixture in pan lined with the pie dough .
  • Put sliced ​​peaches over the mixture .
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 300 f .
  • Blend milk with rosemary leaves
  • Put it in a pan and boil.
  • Put the eggs yolks in a bowl along with the sugar.
  • Mix ingredients
  • Add flour and mix until  there are no lumps
  • Add the hot milk until thickened .
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla, butter .
  • Finally add the chopped and toasted almonds.
  • Mix well and then cool .
  • Stir constantly .
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to use .
