Shutki Mach Er Patori or Dry Fish and Pumpkin Leaf Wrap
- In a pan, Heat the oil, fry the onions, garlic. Add the spices in.
- Finally add the dry fish.
- Stir continuously with a spatula. Make sure the dry fish gets dissolved completely.
- Add water if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
- Now take the pumpkin leaf and fill the middle with the dry fish filling.
- Wrap it up and again shallow fry them from both sides.
- Serve hot with rice.
