Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, red chili, green onion, garlic, ground pepper and sauté for a minute
Step 2: Combined capsicum, tomato, carrot, peas, broccoli and green curry paste in it and stir on a medium flame for few minutes
Step 3: Add cooked thai rice and basmati rice together and mix them well. Add sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, salt, soy sauce and cook on a medium flame.
Step 4: Garnish with coriander leaves, almonds and serve it warm with chili sauce
