Bengali Yummy Mung Curry
1. Soak the mugh beans overnight.
2. Boil them for about 1 hour.
3. Drain and set aside. In a pan, heat the oil, fry the onion, garlic, the cumin, black seeds.
4. Throw in the pastes, turmeric power, paprika, salt and pepper. Add a little water if needed.
5. Add he chopped tomatoes and stir.
6. Once the mixture is well incorporated enough, throw in the mung beans.
7. Add a little water and cook for only 10 minutes.
8. Serve with break or tortilla.
