Homemade Crabstick Salad
Who loves eating crab? I've come up with an easy salad recipe that includes crabstick and a cup of creamy dressing. This is a great appetizer for those who are eating a full lunch meal. It can be eaten as snack or as a sandwich spread.
Procedures:
1. Mix the shredded crabstick with your choice of salad dressing and sprinkle with a dash of salt. Refrigerate overnight if you want it chilled.
2. In a serving bowl, mix the sliced cucumber, tomato and onions. Sprinkle with a dash of pepper and toss.
3. Top with chilled crabstick and dressing and serve cold.
