Ingredients:
4 sliced of 1/2 inch thick cut fresh milk mozzarella cheese. 4 fresh strawberries cut in regular four wedges Basil oil Balsamic glaze. Tossed the fresh strawberries with light sea salt and the balsamic glaze the topped on the sliced mozzarella cheese already seasoned with salt and fresh cracked pepper, then basted all with basil oil.
