Healthy oven burgers full of sage and herbs.
•In a bowl,add all ingredients (except breadcrumbs and egg white)and mix very well.
•Mix until you get a fine mixture.
•Preheat the oven at 200 celsium degrees.
•Then,add the breadcrumbs ,mix again.
•Finally add the egg white,mix and leave it 5 minutes in the fridge.
•Remove from fridge and with wet from water hands,give some burger shape to the mixture.
•In a nonstick pan,place the burgers and bake for 35 minutes or until burgers are baked well and not dry!
