Rabbit chops with Spinach
Bone the rabbit
Make a soup with the bones of the rabbit and the beer
Expand the meat of the rabbit and add spinach and fois gras
Wrap it with aluminium foil
Boil it for 10 minutes
Unwrap it and slices into thin pieces
Put the almonds in the food procesor and set aside
Now we are going to bread the rabbit with the almond
Pass the rabbit through the egg, then by the flour and finally by the almond
Fry for 5 minutes
Add the tomato paste to the rabbit soup and thick it with flour.
Add the sauce to the Rabbit.
Serve and enjoy!
