Egg and Milk Flan
This would be the easiest flan out there, but don't go by it's simpleness, it tastes great and doesn't take much efforts on your part to get this correct.,
Direction:
1. In a large pot, bring 1 litre milk to boil
2. Add a cinnamon stick and a cardamom clove in it
3. Make sure to constantly stir it and bring to its half consistency, add the sugar
4. Now set the milk aside
5. For the caramel, take 1 tsp of sugar and 2 tsp of water and heat under low heat, once the sugar is caramelized, take off the heat and let it cool
6. Whisk in 3 eggs in a bowl
7. Once the milk is completely cooled down, add the eggs
8. Drain the mixture to get rid of unwanted clumps
8. Now pour the mixture into the caramelized pan
9. Bake for nearly 40 minutes on the oven on 150 degree C.
