Feta Saganaki; with tomatoes and oregano!

In a pyrex-form ovenproof dish, add the cheese in mix, stir the tomato juice and  add half of the olive oil everywhere. Top with some pepper and oregano. Then add the tomato slices and the rest materials(remaining olive oil,pepper,oregano) In a preheated oven at 230 celsius degrees,bake until cheese is melted and tomatoes brown! Looks easy? Well you have to try this and i am sure that will become your best friend along with a beer on a hot afternoon! Best of luck!
