SPRING SPAGHETTI with asparagus and prosciutto

Chop onions, asparagus and prosciutto into small pieces. Place spaghetti in a pot of boiling, salted water and cook them for about 15 minutes (depending on the instructions - look out that they are not overcooked but "al dente"). Melt butter in a wok or higher frying pan and add the asparagus, onions and prosciutto. Roast few minutes at a higher temperature, then add spices (except the chopped chives), a tsp of water and a tsp of soy sauce. Reduce temperature and fry another 5 -8 minutes. Add goat yogurt to a sauce, turn off the temperature and allow to stand on the hot plate until the spaghetti are not cooked. When the spaghetti are cooked, add the olive oil and stir. Add sour cream and cooked spaghetti to a sauce and mix everything together in a wok. At the end, sprinkle the dish with chopped fresh chives.
