Spaghetti with asparagus and carrots

Sauté onion and garlic in butter ghee in a wok. Add carrots, spices according to taste and sauté until onion is golden yellow. Gradually stew and add the white wine and water. Add the chopped asparagus and sprinkle with spelled flour to thicken and mix. Sauté a few minutes. At the end, add the tomato paste and cream. Salt the spaghetti, cook them al-dente and admixed olive oil when they are cooked. You can also add fresh arugula. Sprinkle the pasta with parmesan cheese.
