Smoked ham in the drought with honey

Preparation: Cook ham a day before and let it cool. Roll out the puff pastry to 0.5 inch thickness. Cut off several smaller strips for decorating. Wrap ham in dough. Mix dry prunes, honey and lemon juice in a blender, and spread this coating on a ham. roll up the edges of the dough to the bottom. Form a decorations from strips of dough and paste them by wetting. With a toothpick, pierce the dough in many parts. Coat with a beaten egg and bake in the oven 200 degrees c until golden brown.
