Grilled Stuffed Milkfish Recipe (Inihaw na Bangus)

Inihaw na Bangus or Grilled Milkfish. This is a very delicious and tangy dish that anyone can prepare easily.
Cooking Procedure
  1. Clean the milk fish. Pat it dry using a paper towel.
  2. Rub the salt on the inside of the dish, the fish should have an opening in the belly area.
  3. In a bowl combine onion, tomato and ginger. Add the ground black pepper and salt. Stir gently.
  4. Stuff the mixture inside the milkfish.
  5. Grill the fish in moderate heat for about 10 to 12 minutes for each side.
  6. Serve with toyomansi, shrimp paste and steamed rice.
  7. Share and enjoy!
