Walnut dumplings with the sour cherry topping

Knead the dough - not too hard. Divided it into two mounds. Allow to rest. Meanwhile, mix ground walnuts, egg and sour cream. Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and sprinkle sugar on it. Wrapped dumplings in a napkin and tied it with yarn. Boil the dumplings in salted water for half an hour. When they are cooked, cut them into suitable pieces and sprinkle with browned crumbs. Sprinkle with molasses sugar and add sour cherry dressing or jam.
