Tarragon Dumplings With Molasses

Knead the dough - not too hard. Divided it into two mounds. Allow to rest. Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese, egg and sour cream. Wash tarragon, pluck the leaves and chop it. Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and sprinkle sugar and tarragon on it. Wrapped dumplings in a napkin and tied it with yarn. Boil the dumplings in salted water for half an hour. When they are cooked, cut them into suitable pieces and sprinkle with browned crumbs. Sprinkle with molasses sugar.
