Eggs stuffed with pine nuts and capers

Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, peel tem and than cut in half. Eliminate the yolks and mix them with pine nuts, capers, mustard, olive oil, basil and spices. Carefully fill the egg whites with the mixture and decorate with parsley.
