Pan con Tomate – Bread with Tomato
How to prepare Pan Con Tomate Spanish Catalan - Bread with Tomato Recipe:
1) Grate the tomatoes, garlic on a box grater.
2) Season with salt, the olive oil and the vinegar, and stir lightly to combine.
3) Toast or grill the bread until it is lightly charred.
4) Place a heaping tablespoon of the grated tomato mixture onto the bread, and then wipe most of it off with the spoon. Drizzle with olive oil again, add the sea salt, and then serve immediately.
