Make Tom Yum Soup Recipe at Home.
Step 1: Heat water in a large pan over a high flame and bring to the boil then reduce heat to simmer
Step 2: Add lemon grass, mushrooms, tomato, galangal or ginger, shrimps or prawns and onion in boiled water. Cook until shrimps or prawns brings to plump.
Step 3: Next, Add fish sauce, kaffir leaves, chili powder, sugar and salt. Stir it 10-15 minutes
Step 4: Season with lime juice then stir in coriander leaves or parsley leaves and serve hot
