How to make Cornflakes Chivda
Step 1: Heat oil in a deep pan and fry cornflakes till the crisp. Do not over heat and drain cornflakes on absorbent paper
Step 2: Using another pan add mustard seeds in heated oil, wait until they sizzled. Add peanuts, turmeric powder, bengal gram, cashew nuts, curry leaves and raisins. Fry for a minute and take it off in a plate or large bowl.
Step 3: Now combine all the ingredients in bowl and toss well. Keep it cool, store in airtight container.
