Beef Tacos
This taco recipe is inexpensive, quick, easy and delicious. I used cheddar cheese because I have a 4 year old daughter who can’t eat spicy food. You can also add a jalapeno or hot salsa if you want your tacos spicy.

- Dissolve McCormick Taco Mix in water. Set Aside.
- Brown ground beef in oil. Drain excess oil.
- Pour in Taco mixture. Simmer until is absorbed by beef. Let it cool for a few minutes.
- Heat taco shells or chips for 5-6 minutes, or according to package directions.
- Assemble tacos, place ground beef at the bottom, then top with onion, tomato, cheddar cheese and grated cheese. Serve and enjoy.
