How to make Stuffed Grape Leaves
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion over a medium flame till the onion become softens. Add tomato and stir for 5 minutes then add rice with required water to boil. Bring it to the boil and keep covered
Step 2: Combine dill, pine nuts, parsley leaves, lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt to the cooked rice. Mix well and stir it for few minutes. Turn off the heat and keep aside
Step 3: Bring water to boil in another pan and soak grape leaves for 5-10 minutes then drained off the water. Place leaf at dry surface and place 2 teaspoon of filling at the centre of leaf and fold bottom of the leaf up over the stuffing. Roll up the leaf from all the sides tightly. Repeat with all leaves
Step 4: Arrange stuffed leaves in the pan as a single layer and pour remaining oil and lemon juice and little bit of water. Bring it to the shallow fry over the low heat for 10-15 minutes until the stuff grape leaves are completely cooked. Turn off heat and serve warm
