Hotdog Rolls

  • cut into both sides of  hotdogs then flatten the puff pastry
  • brush with beaten egg and place the hotdog and roll it
  • have ready baking sheets, brush with vegetable shortening and arrange sausage with puff pastry
  • brush on top with beaten egg then fry in a pan for a low temperature or until it golden brown
