Hotdog Rolls
- cut into both sides of hotdogs then flatten the puff pastry
- brush with beaten egg and place the hotdog and roll it
- have ready baking sheets, brush with vegetable shortening and arrange sausage with puff pastry
- brush on top with beaten egg then fry in a pan for a low temperature or until it golden brown
