Crock Pot Beans with Roast and Jalapenos
Tomatoes and jalapeno peppers flavor this delicious slow cooker potroast. A pot roast recipe made in the slow cooker with jalapeno peppers and tomatoes.
Instructions:-
- Starting with pre-soaked pinto beans, add to crock pot
- Nestle beef roast into beans
- Add chopped jalapeños, harissa and pepper
- Pour in the chicken stock
- Cover and turn crock pot onto high.
- Check for doneness and stir after 5 hours
- Continue to cook as needed or switch to low once ready
