Chicken Malai Kabab


1st step Cut chicken breast to bite size pieces and dry them with paper towel and marinate with pepper powder , tenderizer and squeezed ginger garlic paste and keep in fridge for 30 min before adding to other marination.
2nd Step To make marination by making paste of mozzarella cheese , add thick yogurt or sour cream , fresh cream corn flour, chilli and coriander paste,salt ,oil, mix well marinate the chicken with this marination and put in sweker cook for 10 min on each side till you see fine color on the kabab

Chicken breast-1lb cheese(mozzarella/feta) coriander leaves paste 4tbs 1 tbsp corn flour 1 tbsp fresh cream 1 tbsp curd thick 1 tsp ginger garlic paste green chilli paste -1tbs 1/4 tsp meat tenderizer (i use raw papaya paste) 1tbs red chilli powder 1 pinch salt
