Spicy Spare Ribs Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Roast the pork for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the ribs just begin shrinking.
3. In a bowl, mix honey, tomato sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, oil and chilli powder.
4. Remove the pork from the oven take off the foil and brush the meat with the honey mix.
5. Continue to cook at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C/gas 5) for about 25 minutes.
6. Remove and cool briefly before serving.
