Cut the Sponge Cake in slices - In a bowl, mix milk and sugar - Soak cake slices in it for a few seconds - In another bowl, whisk eggs - Soak cake slices in it, for a few seconds - Heat a saucepan with oil - Fry bread slices bouth sides - For Honey: Put to boil water and sugar - Add some drops of lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla - Let condense - Serve Torrejas immediately with this Honey on top - Enjoy!
