POTATOES WITH HUANCAINA SAUCE

This recipe is served as a cold entry.  It can be prepare in many different ways. It consists in sliced potatoes served with a spicy sauce. Sauce Cut the yellow chili peppers in halves and remove all veins and seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the onion into pieces. Fry the chili, onions and garlic cloves in a small pan with oil. Liquefy all these preparation with the cheese and add the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Serving Serve the potatoes over the lettuce.  Add the spicy sauce and garnish with he eggs and olives.
