Smoked Porchetta

An Italia-Americana pork recipe is possible! I make a Smoked Porchetta in episode 54 of POV Italian Cooking. A traditional American BBQ dry rub coats the outside of this pork loin while inside contains the Italian porchetta ingredients of rosemary, sage, garlic and prosciutto.  After a few hours in the smoker this combination of flavors makes for an incredible centerpiece to a great dinner.
