Greek Chicken Pasta

1. Take a packet of Sliced Chicken and cut into bite size slices. Take a whole red onion and slice into 2 inch pieces. Cut a half a cup of Kalamata olives and return to cup. Take about a cup of feta cheese from the packet and leave in cup. Peel two garlic cloves and cut in half. 2. Fry the chicken in a pan with a little olive oil and salt until done. Once done, add the ingredients and cook for one minute on medium. Cover the lid and let sit. 3. Fill a large pan of water and cook over the stove until boiling. Next add a box of Barelli or De Cecco Cavatappi into the pan. Stir with a wood spoon. Leave and check periodically. Add a table spoon of salt into the water. Next add a capfull of olive oil into the water. Test the pasta and once El Dente, remove and drain the water. 4. Add all the ingredients with the pasta and mix in the large pan. Add 2 tablespoons of salt, some garlic salt and some fresh olive oil over the top.  Mix everything together. 5. Put the pasta into a large4 Serving bowl and you are ready to eat. Add some parmesan cheese to the pasta as desired. You now have one of the most delicious pastas known, Yum!
