Perfect Summer Fruit Salad is a fruit salad recipe that has a unique sauce which adds to the flavor of fresh fruits. It is an easy to make recipe that tastes best when served chilled.

How to make Perfect Summer Fruit Salad


Step 1: In a saucepan, pour lemon juice and orange juice
Step 2: Add lemon and orange zest and brown sugar
Step 3: Bring to boil over medium-high heat
Step 4: Reduce the heat and simmer until slightly thick
Step 5: Remove from heat and add vanilla extract
Step 6: Let it cool
Step 7: In a large glass bowl, layer the fruits one by one, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, oranges, grapes, watermelon and blueberries
Step 8: Pour the prepared sauce over it
Step 9: Cover and chill for 3 hours
