Sweet and Sour Fish with Pineapple
Home-made style that perfectly turn into a special dish.
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine soy sauce, ½ teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of flour or cornstarch. Sprinkle the mixture over fish.
2. In a pan, heat oil and fry fish until golden brown. Set aside.
3. For the Sauce, sauté green pepper, onion and pineapple tidbits in a medium skillet for 1 minute. Stir in reserved pineapple juice, sugar, ketchup, water, remaining 2 teaspoons of flour, sesame oil, and salt to taste. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve it.

garlic, onion, red tomatoes, ginger, red/green bell pepper, carrot, pine apple tidbits, 2table spoon oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar and salt. Fish (any available will do).1tsp cornstarch dissolve in water.
