Grilled Stuffed Milkfish Recipe (Inihaw na Bangus)
Inihaw na Bangus or Grilled Milkfish. This is a very delicious and tangy dish that anyone can prepare easily.

- Clean the milk fish. Pat it dry using a paper towel.
- Rub the salt on the inside of the dish, the fish should have an opening in the belly area.
- In a bowl combine onion, tomato and ginger. Add the ground black pepper and salt. Stir gently.
- Stuff the mixture inside the milkfish.
- Grill the fish in moderate heat for about 10 to 12 minutes for each side.
- Serve with toyomansi, shrimp paste and steamed rice.
