Rockefeller Oysters
Take out the meat from the oysters
Chop finely the rest of the ingredients
In a saucepan put all the ingredients and cook the with a bar of butter
Add salt, pepper and rosemary
Fill the oysters with this mixture
Grate the cheese and put it on top of the oysters
Put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 °f
