Yogurt Mousse
We put the round cake in the mold
Mix butter, sugar and cheese
Add egg, liqueur, yogurt and orange zest.
Beat egg whites and sugar, make a nougat and add it
Add the gelatin and finally the cream.
Put this mixture into the mold and refrigerate until it is hard.
Unmold and garnish with fruit and chocolate to taste.
