White Chocolate Terrine

Terrine: Line a rectangular mold (20x10x6 cm) with plastic wrap - Place the lined mold in the freezer - In a bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar and honey - Put to boil for 2 min - Remove the bowl from the pot and add the chopped white chocolate - Whisk until chocolate is melted - Add the orange liqueur - Beat for 3 minutes more - Set aside - Beat the cream - Add the cream to the chocolate mixture - Remove the mold from the freezer and put the mixture into the prepared pan - Freeze for 8 hours - For Chocolate Sauce: Mix the cream, honey and unsalted butter in a pan - Beat until butter is melted - Add the semi-sweet chocolate - Beat until chocolate is melted - Add 3 tbsp of water - Remove from heat and let cool - To serve unmold the terrine and remove the plastic - Serve in slices with the chocolate sauce on top - Enjoy!
