Nuts and amaretto parfait
Boil walnuts and sugar
Whip cream and set aside.
Beat the egg yolks, vanilla and 80 grams until foamy.
Add gelatin and amaretto liqueur.
Remove from heat and add nuts extract
Add whipped cream medium
Placed in the bottom of the mold a little bit nuts and fill with the mixture.
Decorate with the remaining nuts, & strawberries and refrigerate.
Let stand at least 40 minutes in the refrigerator.
