Citric Bars
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat with the paddle on medium speed to form a manageable paste.
- With the help of your hands line the pan with the dough, and bake at 350f° for 25 minutes or until browned, let cool.
- Put the mixer on medium speed and add the cheese mixture until there are no lumps.
- Then add condensed milk.
- Extract the juice from the lemons and add it to the mixture.
- Hidrate the gelatin and add it to the mixture.
- Put this mixture in a pan and bake it with the dough, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Now remove from the oven and cut into 16 bars.
- For the topping, add the topping to the whipper .
- Add 30 grams of sugar, zest of 2 lemons and reserve it in the refrigerator.
- Whip until it is ready and put the mixture in the pastry sleeve.
- Decorate each slice with the topping mixture and add some lemon zest to decorate.
- Serve.
