Barley and Coffee Mousse
First prepare the ingredients for each mousse.
For the barley mousse blend the barley with 5 tbsp of water and strain.
Mix this barley juice with 1 cup of whipped cream and and 7.5 grams of gelatin and 3 ounces of sugar.
Pour this into 2 glasses.
For the coffee mousse, mix the coffee powder with 5 tbsp of water.
Add the previous mixture in one cup of whipped cream and add the gelatin as well as the 3 ounces of sugar.
Pour this in the 2 glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.
