Wholemeal soda bread
My fantastic - if I say so myself - loaf of Soda Bread that took a maximum of 25 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes in the oven. Terrific as dipping bread for soup, or in a Plowman's lunch, or for an open sandwich, or for poached eggs ... the list goes on.
