Baklava with grapes, nuts and raisins

Mix nuts, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg - Mix well - In a mold, put a sheet of filo pastry and sprinkle with melted butter - Repeat this procedure putting 5 sheets of filo pastry - Add the mixture of nuts and raisins - Repeat the same procedure with all the ingredients you have - Cut the top of the Baklava - Bake for 45 min 300°F - Prepare the honey syrup in a small saucepan - Mix all ingredients - Boil for 10 min - Remove from heat - Put honey syrup on top of the Baklava and refrigerate for 8 hours - Serve nd Enjoy!
