Smoked Chickens
Here's a delicious and easy recipe for smoked chickens that yield crispy skins and extra juicy meat!
Instructions :
- Brine the chickens in a large pot with 1 cup of salt and enough water to cover chickens
- After one hour, remove from brine and pat dry
- Generously rub seasonings all over chickens
- Put in refrigerator for one hour
- Take to smoker and cook until internal temp reaches 160°-165°
- Remove and enjoy!
