Bhindi Kurkuri / Fried Okra Recipe

Make Bhindi Kurkuri Recipe at Home. Step 1: Put the bhindi in a large bowl and gently mix all the spices as red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well Step 2: Now add Bengal gram flour in the bowl and combined well. Keep it aside for few minutes Step 3: Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame and deep fry ladyfinger in small batches till they become golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve with chapattis
