Make Thai Chicken Noodles Salad Recipe at Home
Step 1: Mix garlic, soy sauce, ginger, oil, sugar, salt, lime juice, and chili flakes in a mixer jar. Blend until softened and transfer to a large bowl
Step 2: Combined chicken, onion, carrot and cucumber to that mixture bowl and toss enough
Step 3: Spread out drained noodles on a serving platter and salad mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts, Coriander or mint leaves

• 1 Bowl Rice Noodles, Boiled and Drained • 2 Bowl Roasted Chicken breasts, Skinless and Boneless • 4 Clove Garlic • ½ tsp Soy Sauce • 2 Ginger, Chopped • 2 tbsp Sugar • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil • 2 tbsp Lime Juice • 1-2 tsp Chili Flakes • 1 Medium Cucumber, Chopped • 1 cup Carrot, Chopped • ½ cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced • Few Coriander and Mint Leaves, Chopped • ½ cup Roasted Peanuts, Crushed • Salt to taste
