How to make Prawn pad Thai
Step 1: Soak the noodles in hot water until soft, then drain and rinse in water. Set aside.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, sugar, salt, fish sauce and crushed chillies well, and set aside.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan, then add shallots and prawns and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add eggs, then drained noodles while stirring continuously.
Step 5: Afterwards, add tamarind mixture and simmer until it is absorbed.
Step 6: Add onions, bean sprouts and fry for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
Step 7: Garnish it with coriander leaves, nuts and lime wedges and serve hot.
