Potato Varta (Bangladeshi Style)
First Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil and saute the dry chillies.and onion.Then mashed the chillies with 1/4 tsp salt.
Take a bowl then add chopped onions and grind chillies in it.
Then add mashed potatoes and oil mixing it properly.
Add salt as per your taste.serve with white rice.
